Dear Customer, we would like to inform you that we disclaim any responsibility for any damage or wear that may occur to the product after personal use, such as washing, ironing, or perfuming. To maintain the quality of the product for a longer period, we recommend that you read and follow the care instructions for washing provided in the following image.
Exchange and Return Policy:
- No returns for any reason.
- No exchanges for products if the color does not match the customer’s expectations or if the wrong size was selected by the customer.
- No modifications or cancellations of the order after the payment is completed.
- The product can be modified in case of a manufacturing defect, such as the wrong size or color, according to the conditions and regulations followed by the customer.
- We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
- No refund will be provided in case of delays in order processing. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
To maintain the product for a longer period and lasting shine:
- It is recommended to use dry cleaning.
- Avoid high heat when ironing.
- It is preferable to iron at a low temperature with steam.
Cases where modification will not be accepted
- If the customer’s order receipt period has expired, which is three days from the date of receipt.
- If the product is used or damaged by the customer.
- We kindly ask you to check the condition of the product and adhere to the specified time frame to avoid any modification requests being declined.
